Milling

Milling equipment:

 

Dry process

  • Knife mill SM300 SM 300 (Retsch): crushing and grinding of all type of dry products, 10 to 70 kg/h, multiples sieves available from 250µm to 1cm.
  • Planetary ball mill PM100 (Retsch): ultrafine milling of all type of dry and wet products, 50 to 250 g/batch, cryogenic milling possible.
  • Mortal mill Pulverisette 2 (Fritch): Fine milling of all type of dry and wet products, 50 to 100 g/batch, adapted to oily products, cryogenic milling possible.
  • Knife mill GM200 (Retsch): crushing of all type of dry products, 50 to 100 g/batch.
  • Ball mill MM400 (Retsch): ultrafine milling of all type of dry and wet products, 2 to 20 g/batch, cryogenic milling possible.
  • Knife mill ZM200 (Retsch): fine milling of all type of dry products, 1 to 2 kg/h, multiples sieves available from 250 µm to 1mm.
  • Mill MLU202 (Bühler): cereal and pulse flour production, 10 to 12 kg/h of seed.
  • Impact mill 70 ZPS (Hosokawa): Ultra-fine milling of all type of dry products, 5 to 15 kg/h.
  • Pin mill 100 UPZ (Hosokawa): Fine and ultra-fine milling of all type of dry products, 10 to 20 kg/h.
  • Plate beaters 100 UPZ (Hosokawa): crushing and fine milling of all type of dry products, 10 to 20 kg/h, multiples sieves available from 200µm to 5mm.
  • Grinding mill (Moulin Alma), Mill with granite wheels, pulse and cereals milling: 3 sieves stages, capacity of 50kg / h of flour.

 

Wet process

  • Verso in-line mixer (Silverson): fine milling of suspended matter, 100 to 1000 l/h. Several workheads are available for a wide application range: disintegration if fibrous material (animal and plant tissue) ; desintingration and solubilization of elastic material (rubber, polymers) ; preparation of emulsions, gels, thickener, fine colloidal suspensions, solution of low to high viscosity.
  • Corundum stone mill (IKA): ultrafine milling of wet product, 10 L/h. Dedicated to wet milling of liquid, viscous or pasty products by the action of two corundum stones (one rotating, the other one stationary). Different grain size are available.
  • MK colloidal mill (IKA) : Dedicated to the preparation of colloidal or very fine suspensions, emulsion, with the possibility to treat highly viscous products. It permits to obtain a narrow particle size distribution with only one pass.
